Hello, my name is Shelby

Shelby is a10-12 month old bundle of love!

She was found in a gas station parking lot starving,

and the young couple took her home and is fostering

her for us.

Now look at this beautiful loving girl! Shelby loves

everyone....adults, children, dogs, and even cats.

She loves to be petted and she LOVES her toys!

In fact, she is a toy hog! She carries her favorite

stuffed toys around in her mouth, and somehow they

all wind up together in her kennel. He favorites are her

Santa Clause hat, and a huge soft ball she stole from

her foster's bed. The amazing thing is that she doesn't

tear up her soft toys! She also loves to walk around

the house squeaking her squeaky toys!

She sees the small dog in the household climb into her foster mom's lap, and she tries to do the same thing, settling for a head in the lap. Shelby also loves her bones!

Shelby is spayed, has had all of her shots, and was lightly Heartworm positive. She started her four week Heartworm treatment in early June and has now completed the 30 day recovery window. She will still need limited activity but your vet will advise what is best for her once she is in your home.

Shelby is now housebroken, and walks well on a leash, only pulling a little at times. She is living with cats and two other dogs, and gets along beautifully with them all. The family who gets Shelby will be very lucky! So if you are looking for a compact young lady, Shelby is looking for you!
