Hello, my name is Lucy!

Lucy is an amazing girl!  Not only is she beautiful (her pictures don't do her justice), she's absolutely one of the smartest dogs we've had come into the program.  Her foster reports that once Lucy became comfortable with them, she was wonderful to work with.  She has learned to Sit, Down,Shake and is working on other tricks - just to keep her German Shepherd brain active.  She loves to learn and wants to please her people.  She is affectionate and a very happy girl.

The perfect home for Lucy will be with an experienced dog owner who wants a dog to participate in some of the canine sports like agility, tracking or obedience.  She does well with other large dogs but cannot go to a home with small dogs or cats as she does have a high prey drive.  If you are looking for brains, beauty and a willingness to please, Lucy just may be the right girl for you.
